Bad End Prelude!?
You're on your way home after a late Friday night when you find yourself being accosted by a suspicious "policeman"(?) who seems to know more about you than he should. What's this guy's deal?! There's only one way to find out...
Enjoy(?) a short conversation with a cute(?) policeman(?) who has a bit too much of a crush on you.
This short-n-sweet game was made for O2A2 Jam 2024! In accordance with jam rules this game is a micro-vn containing no more than 1000 words, 1 sprite, 1 background asset and 1 bgm. It also contains 1 choice and 2 endings, and was made in 1 weekend by 1 developer, though these things aren't jam requirements.
Play time: ~5-10 minutes
NB: Title aside, this is a standalone game which is not intended in particular as a real "prelude"/part-1/first chapter or anything to any planned work, therefore is not in violation of the O2A2 rules. The titular "bad end" isn't something we necessarily ought to expect that we'll experience- the story is a short vignette that doesn't depend on any other works in order to be read and presently has no related works to accompany it.

OKAY BUT FR- this game was really good, and balanced that fine line between horror and hilarity. I loved the Bad(?) ending, and loved the energy the music, background and character sprite all gave off. A really incredible game, through and through! I hope you can continue making games!!!!
